From 7:30pm until 12:30am, indulge in a delicious buffet dinner featuring fresh prawns and oysters, then sip and celebrate with a 4-hour beverage package including beer, wine, sparkling wine and soft drinks. As the countdown begins, take your seat in our stunning Waterfront Ballroom and enjoy front-row views of both the 9pm family fireworks and the midnight fireworks spectacular over the Hastings River.
