What are Entitlement Passes and how do they work?

Entitlement Pass

Entitlement Passes let you give your members or guests a barcode that admits them to your events, with no ticket purchase needed. You'll find them under Account settings → Entitlement Passes.

To set up passes:

  1. On the Pass Types tab, add a pass type. Give it a Name and, if your club or membership system has one, its Code.

  2. Under Which events does this pass admit to?, choose All of my events (including future ones), Only the events I pick, or All of my events except the ones I pick.

  3. Set Admissions allowed. Leave it blank to admit the holder to every event day the pass covers, or enter a number (for example 3) to admit them on any three of those event days.

  4. Set Entries per day. With 1, scanning again on the same day counts as re-entry and doesn't use another admission.

  5. On the Upload Codes tab, upload a CSV of your member codes, check the preview and select Confirm & issue passes.

Each event day a pass is admitted uses one admission. Once all of a pass's admissions are used, the gate turns it away. You can see what has been used on the Issued Passes and Reports tabs.

Entitlement Passes are useful for managing entry across multiple events without requiring customers to purchase individual tickets. No payment is involved when issuing these passes.
