Booking Time Limits

A booking time limit helps ensure tickets remain available to all customers. Once you start a booking, your selected tickets are held for 15 minutes while you enter your details and pay, and a countdown on the checkout page shows how long you have left. (A small number of events use a shorter limit.)

If the timer runs out, you'll be returned to the event page with the message "You did not complete your order within the required time." Simply start your booking again, if tickets are still available.

What Happens When the Timer Expires

If you don't complete your purchase before the timer expires, your reserved tickets will be released and made available for other customers to purchase.

For events with allocated seating, your selected seats may remain reserved for a short period before becoming available again. Once released, they can be selected by other customers.

To avoid losing your tickets, complete your booking before the timer expires.
