Family Friendly 2 DAY SHOW! + Friday & Saturday Night Camping. (NO Sunday night camping)
⚠️Our BURNOUT entries (inclusive of all events, eg show n shine, go to whoa, grass event & most donuts) go on sale 7PM THURSDAY 1ST OCTOBER, 2026 (see Facebook/Instagram page for link on the day)
⚠️Our Show n Shine, and Driving events (inclusive of all driving events, but not burnouts) entries go on sale 7PM THURSDAY 8TH OCTOBER, 2026.
⚠️Camping, Passenger and General Spectator Admissions tickets go on sale 7pm THURSDAY 15TH OCTOBER, 2025
BURNOUT Entrants - $200
Entry includes Show 'n' Shine, Go-to-Whoa, BURNOUTS, Most Donuts in 30 seconds, Camping & T-Shirt.
GENERAL Entrants - $160 (NO BURNOUTS)
Entry includes Show 'n' Shine, Go-to-Whoa, Most Donuts in 30 seconds, Camping & T-Shirt.
Passengers - $100 (NO driving of Vehicle, NO T-Shirt & camping not included)
Must be 16 years of age or older, and able to provide ID.
Show 'n' Shine - $80 (NO T-Shirt, NO Driving Events & camping not included)
CAMPING PASS to be purchased in addition to General Admission. (Per Person)
CHILDREN 15YRS AND UNDER CAMP FREE with Paying Adult.
(unpowered campsites, shower and toilet facilities available)
- FRIDAY - Gates will open for Entrants and Campers Friday 22nd January at 12 pm.
Scrutineering to finish approx 9pm. - SATURDAY - Gates open to all from 6am.
Show 'n' Shine to be on display by 8am, Go-to-Whoa and Burnout Eliminations to follow.
BAR open from midday - SATURDAY NIGHT - Mechanical Bucking Bull, Music, Fireworks Display
- SUNDAY - Grass Events from 9am, followed by TOP TEN Burnouts, Most Donuts in 30 seconds and Presentation.
No Camping Available Sunday Night.
**Please note an extra charge will be payable on arrival regarding large caravans, trucks, sleep in trailers. This must be pre-approved with committee before arrival.
A variety of food and tradestands will be available to purchase from at the show at reasonable prices.
BYO Food and Drinks Welcome.
NO GLASS will be permitted at the show.
NO ALCOHOL can be brought into the complex
NO PETS/ANIMALS allowed on premises
The RKSMC committee reserves the right to inspect vehicles and eskies.
Entrant Number & Burnout Timeslot will be sent approx 1 week prior to event.

ENTRANT INFORMATION, Scrutineering Rules & Checklist
ONLY ONE CAR ENTRY PER TRANSACTION!
ONE PERSON MAY NOT PAY MULTIPLE ENTRIES ON A SINGLE CAR.
2ND DRIVERS ARE CLASSED AS A NEW ENTRANT.
If car has 2 or more drivers, you must email us the Booking ID numbers so we can separate the entries in timeslots.
When entering, please be sure to select the correct category.
If you select the wrong category for your vehicle, you're entry will be void!
If your category is sold out, DO NOT ENTER into another category, contact us to be put on the WAITLIST.
IF YOU MISS OUT ON A BURNOUT ENTRY, AND WISH TO BE ADDED TO THE WAITLIST, YOU MUST EMAIL US,
WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING CALLS, TEXTS, SOCIAL MEDIA MESSAGES ETC FOR THIS, EMAILS ONLY
(in order of received, and must leave the following details; name, category, description AND PHOTO of car & phone number)
Please note that even though you may be successful and secure an entry, this does not automatically mean you have been accepted, as committee will be reviewing each entry to ensure your vehicle presents to an acceptable condition and will pass scrutineering requirements. (photos needed as stated above).
DRIVER & PASSENGER
- Must have CURRENT LICENSE (must be able to show on demand)
- Long Sleeves (in all driving events)
- Long Pants (in all driving events)
- Closed in shoes (in all driving events)
- Satisfactory Australian approved helmet
- PASSENGER Must be 16 years of age or older, and must have I.D. available on demand. Under the age of 18 requires parent/guardian permission.
VEHICLE
- Mounted Fire Extinguisher
- 360° tail shaft loop or centre bearing
- Exhaust must either exit to the side or rear of car. If exhaust finishes under the car, they must be at a 45 degree angle to the ground.
- Zoomies or headers must exit to the side of the vehicle
- Vehicles with zoomies or very short exhausts to have cross bolts at the exit of exhaust.
- Secured Battery
- Secured throttle return spring
- NO wheels weights for burnouts
- NO ALLOY RIMS for burnouts, steel rims only.
- Blowers MUST have blower guard
- NO rust
- Unregistered Vehicles must be able to pass a vehicle inspection.
- NO hub caps/dress rims in driving events
- Bonnets can be removed, but mechanical fans must have fan shroud

Entry & Advertising Release - On entering this show, car owner and guests agree to permit the organiser, Rylstone Kandos Street Machine Club Inc, the use of their names and photographs of their cars, for the use of publicity in all forms of media, before, during and after the event do hereby relinquish any rights of photos taken and give permission to publish, sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs. All publicity and advertising rights reserved by RKSMC inc.
MOTOR RACING IS DANGEROUS - GENERAL WARNING AND EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY - It is a condition of entry each entrant acknowledges that prior to entering this show, do so entirely at their own risk. He/she has made themselves fully aware of the dangers as a participant or spectator/ or property owner and has accepted all the risks. The entrant for him/ herself and as an agent for any accompanying child, releases and discharges absolutely the event promoter and sponsors Rylstone Kandos Street Machine Club Inc, their representatives and agents from any liability arising from injuries or damages to property, spectators, and all other persons at the show from any circumstances whatsoever. DECLARATION - To be completed by ALL Entrants. If under the age of 18 years a parent guardian MUST sign.
I the undersigned have read and understood that I must act in a manner that will only enhance the public opinion of Street Machining and also to follow the direction and decision of show organisers. I understand that if I behave in a manner that is unacceptable to the organisers, I can be disqualified and no entry fund refunded. MUST be signed to be valid.

If an entrant is unable to attend prior to the 2 week cut off, they must not on sell their entry, they must contact the committee for further information.
Refund policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled by the organisers, where required by law.
