Event Information
An Arvo at Fana Beag is a family-friendly afternoon of live music, all-you-can-eat pizza and country air!
What to bring:
Attendees should bring their own drinks (alcohol permitted for over 18s) and camp chairs/picnic blankets.
Outside food is permitted.
Buses & parking:
Buses to the event will leave from Cooke Park, Parkes at 12pm.
Buses back to Parkes will leave Fana Beag at 5pm and 8pm. This is included with your ticket.
Please email gemmalchurchill@gmail.com to reserve your free seat on the buses from Parkes.
Parking is available on-site.
Food:
All-you-can-eat pizza will be provided by Arancia Wood Fired Pizza (until 5pm) and is included with your ticket. Gluten-free and dairy-free options are available.
Enjoy a sausage sizzle from 6pm.
Entertainment:
Live music will be provided by local musicians Jordie Dwyer and Twiggy.
Open mic is also available.

- Event is held rain, hail, or shine
- Organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone due to extreme weather or circumstances beyond control
- In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be provided.
- Stay within designated festival areas - do not enter farm operations areas
- Do not approach, feed, or disturb livestock
- Gates must be kept closed at all times
- No picking crops or interfering with farm property
- Vehicles must park in designated areas only
- Responsible service of alcohol applies - intoxicated persons will be refused entry or removed
- Antisocial behaviour will result in removal without refund
- Organisers reserve the right to search bags at entry
- A responsible adult must supervise children at all times
- Parents/guardians are responsible for children's safety and behaviour
- No pets permitted
- Guide dogs and assistance animals are always welcome
- By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes
- Parking is at the owner's risk
- Organisers are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles
- Designated accessible parking available
- Attendees participate in activities at their own risk
- Organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property
