This event is strictly for current SASC Yr 10 students and their parents/guardians. Note: Partners of students who do not attend SASC may be considered closer to the event.
- Parental Responsibility & Child Supervision
- Supervision: Parents and legal guardians retain sole and absolute responsibility for the safety, behavior, and supervision of their children at all times during the event.
- Liability: The event organizers, volunteers, and venue staff accept no responsibility for unsupervised minors or individual child-minding.
- Strict Alcohol Policy (RSA)
- Adults Only: Alcohol will strictly only be served to and consumed by adults(aged 18 and over).
- Proof of Age: Valid legal photo identification must be presented at the venue to purchase or consume alcohol.
- Minors and Supply: Any minor attempting to consume alcohol, or any adult caught supplying alcohol to a minor, will be immediately evicted from the venue without a refund and reported to the police.
- Refusal of Service: The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person deemed intoxicated.
- Admissions and Behavior
- Right of Refusal: Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any patron displaying disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
- Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for ejections due to behavioral or policy violations.
