Event Information
KidFEST Warrnambool is a three-day festival designed for children aged 0–10.
Offering a full day of hands-on fun, creativity and discovery, each child ticket includes access to our growing program of workshops, all delivered by qualified facilitators and local experts.
Children under 2 enter free and can enjoy our dedicated under-2 soft play area, perfect for safe, sensory-rich play.
All families can enjoy our included activities throughout the day, with food trucks onsite and lunchtime performances keeping the energy going all day long.

Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to KidFEST 2027, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Tickets & Entry
- Tickets are required for all children aged 0–10 years and all adults.
- Children under 2 receive free entry, but must still be registered.
- Each paid child ticket includes access to workshops, plus all included activities.
- Tickets are valid only for the date(s) selected.
- Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the event, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Supervision
- All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- KidFEST staff and workshop facilitators do not provide individual child supervision.
Workshops & Activities
- Workshops operate on a first come, first served basis on the day.
- Workshop capacity is limited - early arrival is recommended to secure your preferred sessions.
- Included activities include the giant sandpit and face painting.
Food & Performances
- Food trucks will be onsite (food not included in ticket price).
- Daily lunchtime performances (exact program to be confirmed).
Safety
- Unsafe, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.
- Attendees must follow instructions from event staff and facilitators.
- Closed-toe shoes are recommended for some workshops.
Weather & Changes
- KidFEST will proceed in most weather conditions.
- Program and activity changes may occur for safety or operational reasons.
- In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified.
Photography
- Photography and videography may occur for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please advise staff on arrival.
Health
- Please do not attend if you or your child is unwell.
- First aid will be available onsite.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for managing allergies and medical needs.
Personal Belongings
- KidFEST is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
- Prams are welcome but may be restricted in some workshop areas.
Refund Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the event, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
