Terms & Conditions
- Camping Sites
Sites will be allocated by event organisers. Requests for specific sites will be considered where possible but cannot be guaranteed. - Powered & Unpowered Sites
Campers must book the correct site type required. Powered sites are limited and available on a first booked basis. - Check In & Check Out
Check-in and check-out times will be advised prior to the event. Early arrivals or late departures may not be accommodated. - Cancellations & Refunds
- No refunds will be issued unless elvis event is cancelled
- Refunds will not be provided for early departures, change of mind or failure to attend.
- Noise & Behaviour
All campers are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow guests, volunteers and staff. Excessive noise, antisocial behaviour or unsafe conduct may result in removal from the grounds without refund. - Pets
Pets are permitted but must remain under control at all times. Dogs must be kept on a leash and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals. - Generators
Generators may only be used during permitted hours as advised by organisers and must not disturb other campers. - Fire Safety
Open fires are prohibited unless otherwise approved by organisers. All campers must comply with any fire restrictions or emergency directions in place during the event. - Amenities & Facilities
Campers are expected to leave amenities and facilities clean and tidy for all users. - Liability
Campers stay at their own risk. The Forbes PA&H and event organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, damage or injury sustained during the event. - Vehicle Movement
For the safety of patrons, vehicle movement within the camping area may be restricted during peak periods. - Festival Transport
Shuttle services between Forbes and Parkes may operate during the Elvis Festival period; however, availability and schedules are subject to change. - Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a camping ticket, patrons agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and any directions given by event organisers or authorised personnel.
